There is much to celebrate about the current growth mode that SAU is experiencing; indeed, the positive changes reflect the mighty hand of God. Looking around campus the other day this exciting reality struck me afresh. We praise God for the new edifices on campus and the plans for additional space.

When visiting a close friend, I took notice of a tiny little village in her home. This tiny village had tiny little people, standing in front of tiny little shops, against the backdrop of tiny little trees. Tiny little children engaged in a tiny little snowball fight.

Dear Ron,
When I went home for Thanksgiving I had some difficulty with my parents in that they wanted me to follow the rules I had when I was in high school, such being in at a certain time and even what they didn't want me doing. Now I am going to be home for three weeks and I'm afraid it is going to blow up between my parents and me.

Christianity, at its core, is described as the religion derived from Jesus Christ, based upon the Bible as its sacred scripture, Christ's teachings, and the examples that he has given for those who claim to be followers of God. There is one thing that can never be forgotten, Christ alone is the ideal truth, and the divine manifestation of God.

It was a muggy, early October afternoon, rain slightly pouring down from infinite abyss known as the sky as I pulled into the Spring Arbor University parking lot for the first time. Okay it probably wasn't that dramatic - heck, it probably wasn't even raining - but it's still fun to remember things being more dramatic than they actually were, eh? I pulled into the admissions building and met with Beth Faber (who, if anybody of significance is reading this, deserves a raise), my admissions representative.

Holiday traditions are part of what makes holidays special. Reading the Christmas story, decorating a tree, and hanging stockings all contribute to the significance of the holidays. Many people celebrate in different ways, and SAU students and staff are no different.
